Referred to as Bianchetto or Marzuolo, this white truffle is noted for its subtle yet unique aroma and flavor. It thrives in sandy and calcareous soils, often found in association with pine, oak, and beech trees, and is harvested from January to April. It is particularly valued during the early spring season.
